The charge for the conference is £26 (incl. VAT) per person. A limited number of discounted places are available to under 30s and students, priced at £22. This includes registration fee and teas/coffees (lunch is not provided).
Booking will be confirmed by email. If you have not received confirmation within 14 days of making your payment, please call the office on 01875 871330. We regret that no refunds can be issued after 11th March 2022 unless we are able to reallocate your place. All refunds will be subject to a cancellation fee of £1.50 per booking.

The personal details supplied on this form will be held by SOC and/or our conference partners, BTO Scotland, in a secure environment and will not be shared with any third parties, other than that required by law. SOC/BTO will only use your personal information for the purposes of managing your booking and place(s) at the conference. This includes providing venue organisers with your name and any specific access requirements. We will only use your information for the purposes of processing your booking unless you actively sign up to SOC's mailing list. In order to minimise the risk of security incidents, SOC fully outsource all payment processing to FoxyCart.com. FoxyCart is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider, and is listed on both Visa and MasterCard's global registries. Anytime you submit payment information via the Club's website, you are submitting through FoxyCart's secure infrastructure. If you opt to save your payment information during checkout, that information is stored at FoxyCart. SOC don't have access to your payment details except for the last 4 digits, the card type, and the expiration date.
